Continuing on with our adventure through Chicago, we added a new international visitor to the mix. Having friends from both Sweden and France in town, we had to make a stop at Giordano’s for some delicious, Chicago style deep dish pizza. Yum!
On Wednesday night we decided to check out Jazzin’ at the Shedd, another fantastic experience I had not yet taken advantage of. It was well worth it, and something I would definitely recommend if you are in the Chicago area in the summer. It was only $18 per person for admission, and they have just about all of their exhibits open. You also get the added perk of being able to get drinks and listen to live jazz music while viewing all the sea animals!
And of course, we made a stop at Navy Pier to enjoy the scenery and some live music. It could not have been a more beautiful day outside, and it was a great way to enjoy the weather.
